Glued hardwood panels are offered in different types of wood and in several categories. This allows for visual adjustment to the rest of the interior where the panels are intended. Moisture in panels is from 8 to 10 % as foreseen by western—European standards. Categories are also based on typical European standards. The panels are finished with the sandpaper with a granulation of 60 or 80 and a more refined finishing is also possible. D3 glue from the German producer Henkel is used for gluing. The most common use of these types of panels is for supplementary production for staircases with appropriate platforms, work surfaces (for tables and kitchens) as well as in the furniture industry. We produce 3 basic types: GLUE WIDTH, GLUE WIDTH AND LENGTH ( so called ZINCED) and THREE-LAYER hardwood panels. GLUE WIDTH Glue width panels of hardwood are made of wooden laminas whose primary characteristic is their integral line segment. The lamina width may be equal/fixed or different. The width is usually from 60 to 120 mm. The thickness is from 18 to 30 and from 40 to 51 mm, and the length from 900 to 2500 mm with standard A/B and B/B quality. Types of trees are: oak, steamed beech, ash, maple, steamed acacia, walnut, American walnut, Canadian maple. WIDTH AND LENGTH GLUED (so called ZINCED) Width and length glued panels of hardwood (so called ZINCED panels) are made of colligated wooden elements on the width and in the length. The width of the laminas of the zinced panels is fixed and depends on the width of the lamina itself (usually about 40mm). The thickness is from 18 to 50 mm, and the length is from 2000 to 5000 mm with a standard A/B and B/B category. The types of trees are: oak, steamed beech, ash, maple, steamed acacia, walnut, American walnut, Canadian maple. THREE LAYER hardwood panels Three layer hardwood panels are usually used for the production of furniture. They are formed of 3 glued layers whose upper and lower laminas are 5 mm thick, and the middle lamina may be from 10 to 16 mm thick. Panel dimensions are from 940-3000x1250x20/26 mm, standard A/B and B/B quality and the types of trees are: oak, ash, steamed beech, European maple, European cherry, steamed acacia, European walnut, pear tree, alder, birch and chub.
